Customers of PulsAIO’s HVAC service platform may receive transactional SMS notifications related to their service. This includes:
These messages are tied to actual service events on the customer’s equipment. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS.
When a customer signs a PulsAIO service agreement or onboarding documentation with their authorized contractor (such as UTBSC for the Houston-area pilot), they provide contact phone numbers for service notifications. By providing those numbers and signing the agreement, the customer consents to receive transactional SMS at those numbers.
Frequency is event-driven and tied to actual service activity on the customer’s equipment. Typical volume: a few messages per month per location, fewer than one per week in normal operation. We do not send bulk or scheduled marketing campaigns.
Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. We do not charge a fee for the messages themselves.
Reply STOP to any message to immediately unsubscribe that phone number from all future PulsAIO transactional SMS. You will receive one confirmation message acknowledging the opt-out, then no further messages.
